Sixty years back we were more united. Some selfish fellow wanted India to be divided. But nobody would have ever thought how costly that mistake would be.
We spend crores of rupees for defense and controlling the terrorism. Both sides lose equal amount of lives each year. We both remained as poverty stricken, unhealthy, corrupted countries for long. Both sides political leaders play the politics of religion. We are in an abyss of darkness.
Everyone knows all these... what is new?
Recently I was travelling in a train. Here comes a person with a pack of peanuts. He sat in the opposite seat. Relaxed a bit. Opened the packet. Started eating the peanuts. I would not have had any problem if he just ate that.
With each handful of peanuts going inside his mouth he started throwing twice the amount of waste on the compartment floor.
He never noticed the change in the way I was looking at him. I had no option but to tell him, if it were to be his house would he still do the same.
He looked offended, did not answer but silently stood up and moved to the next compartment.
I could see some solution coming out here for our endless indo pak problem.
Pakistan wants to destroy Indian business capital Mumbai. Because it doesn't belong to them.
What happens if Pakistani company's Indian HO is beside Taj Hotel. will they still dare to attack?
What happens if New Delhi houses some of the large corporate offices of the pakistan's indian operations?
Will they still look at Ghori Missile targetting New Delhi?
Religion is a mask that terrorists operate with. The real reason behind all terrorism and mafia is just MONEY.
If there is much more free trade and if there is solid investments flow between these two countries, it might be heavenly impossible for the military or government to even think of attacks.
Let us hope the new govt that is going to be formed will have much more committed in solving this crisis.
